Yes for most families. Paphos is more relaxed and culturally interesting, with UNESCO archaeological sites, calm beaches, and a less party-focused atmosphere than Ayia Napa. Coral Bay north of Paphos is excellent for families with young children — shallow, calm, and well-facilitated. Ayia Napa suits younger visitors looking for nightlife and water parks.
